Description:The QS3384 provides a set of ten high-speed CMOS, TTL-compatible bus switches. The low ON resistance of QS3384 allows inputs to be connected to outputs without adding propagation delay and without generating additional ground bounce. Two banks of 5 switches are controlled by independent Bus Enable (BE) signals. The QS3384 operates at -40C to +85C.

A reliable POR circuit can be implemented using an external voltage supervisor IC, such as the Renesas ISL88003, which provides a reset signal to the QS3384PAG8 during power-up and power-down sequences. The voltage supervisor IC should be connected to the VCC pin of the QS3384PAG8.
The maximum allowed capacitance on the VCC pin of the QS3384PAG8 is 10uF. Exceeding this value may cause voltage droop or instability during power-up and power-down sequences.
To ensure EMC compliance, follow Renesas' guidelines for PCB layout, component selection, and shielding. Additionally, use EMI filters, such as ferrite beads or common-mode chokes, on the input and output lines to reduce electromagnetic radiation.
The recommended operating temperature range for the QS3384PAG8 is -40°C to +125°C. However, the device can operate up to +150°C for short periods during power-up and power-down sequences.
