TSHF6410 Details

A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently. A minimum of 2 oz copper thickness is recommended.
Use a soldering profile with a peak temperature of 260°C (500°F) and a dwell time of 30-60 seconds. Avoid using excessive soldering temperatures or times to prevent damage to the device.
The maximum allowed voltage on the input pins is 5.5V, exceeding which may cause damage to the device.
Use ESD protection devices such as TVS diodes or ESD arrays on the input lines to protect the device from electrostatic discharge.
The recommended operating temperature range for the TSHF6410 is -40°C to 125°C. Operating outside this range may affect the device's performance and reliability.
