Description: The Intersil ISL43640 is a precision, bidirectional, analog switch configured as a 4 channel multiplexer/demultiplexer. The ISL43640 is designed to operate from a single +2V to +12V supply. It is equipped with an inhibit pin to simultaneously open all signal paths. ON resistance is 115Ω with a +5V supply, 45Ω with a +12V supply, and 190Ω with a +3V supply. Each switch can handle rail to rail analog signals.
