AD607ARS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog ground plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital grounds separate and connect them at a single point. Use a star topology for the power supply connections and decouple the power pins with 10uF and 100nF capacitors.
  • The AD607ARS has an internal calibration circuit that is enabled by applying a voltage to the CAL pin. The calibration process is initiated by applying a voltage between 1.2V and 1.4V to the CAL pin. The device will then calibrate itself and store the calibration data in its internal registers.
