  • The BD241A can operate from -40°C to 150°C, but the maximum junction temperature (TJ) should not exceed 150°C.
  • To ensure proper biasing, connect the input voltage (VIN) to a stable voltage source, and decouple it with a 10uF capacitor to ground. Also, ensure the output voltage (VOUT) is properly decoupled with a 10uF capacitor to ground.
