The recommended operating voltage range for the FM24V01A-G is 1.7V to 3.6V.
To ensure data integrity, it is recommended to use a voltage supervisor or a power-on reset circuit to ensure that the device is fully powered up before accessing the memory. Additionally, use a capacitor to filter out any noise on the power supply lines.
The FM24V01A-G supports up to 1 million write cycles.
The FM24V01A-G uses a page-based write architecture. Each page consists of 8 bytes. To perform a page write, send a write command followed by the page address and the 8 bytes of data. For block writes, send a block write command followed by the starting address and the number of bytes to be written.
The WP pin is used to enable or disable write protection for the entire memory array. When the WP pin is tied low, the entire memory array is write-protected. When the WP pin is tied high, the memory array is writable.
