  • The recommended operating voltage range for HCS301 is 2.7V to 5.5V.
  • The HCS301 can be configured for I2C or SPI mode by setting the MODE pin high or low, respectively, during power-up. For I2C mode, tie the MODE pin to VCC, and for SPI mode, tie it to GND.
  • The maximum clock frequency for the HCS301 is 400 kHz for I2C mode and 10 MHz for SPI mode.
  • The HCS301 can be reset by pulling the RESET pin low for at least 100 ns. The device will return to its default state after a reset.
