The HS151 can handle surge currents up to 100A for 1 cycle (16.7ms) without damage.

To ensure the HS151 turns off completely, a pull-down resistor (e.g., 1kΩ) should be connected between the input pin and ground to discharge the internal capacitance.

A heat sink with a thermal resistance of 10°C/W or less is recommended. The PCB layout should ensure good thermal conduction and minimize thermal resistance between the device and the heat sink.

The HS151 is not suitable for high-frequency switching applications (>1kHz) due to its internal capacitance and switching characteristics. For high-frequency applications, consider using a different SSR model or a dedicated high-frequency switching device.
