Ensure good thermal design, including a heat sink and thermal interface material. Monitor the junction temperature (TJ) and reduce the switching frequency or output power if TJ exceeds 150°C. Also, consider using a thermistor or thermocouple to monitor the temperature.
Use a common-mode choke and a differential-mode filter to reduce EMI. Ensure good shielding of the PCB, and consider using a metal can or shielded enclosure. Keep the switching nodes away from the PCB edges, and use a Faraday shield or copper pour to contain the EMI.

The internal bootstrap diode can affect the circuit's start-up behavior and voltage rating. Ensure the bootstrap capacitor is properly sized and placed close to the IC. Consider adding an external bootstrap diode or voltage regulator if the internal diode is not suitable for the application.
