  • The MBR1045 can operate safely up to 150°C, but it's recommended to keep the junction temperature below 125°C for optimal performance and reliability.
  • To ensure proper biasing, connect the gate to a voltage source (Vgs) between 2V to 4V, and the drain to a voltage source (Vds) between 10V to 45V. The source pin should be connected to ground or a negative voltage.
