Cosel recommends a multi-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and thermal vias to dissipate heat. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended for the primary and secondary windings. Additionally, a thermal interface material (TIM) should be used between the module and the heatsink to ensure efficient heat transfer.
To ensure EMC, Cosel recommends using a shielded enclosure, keeping the module away from sensitive components, and using a common-mode choke on the input lines.
