Description: The MK2705 provides synchronous clock generation for audio sampling clock rates derived from an MPEG stream, or can be used as a standalone clock source with a 27 MHz crystal. The device uses the latest PLL technology to provide good phase noise and long term jitter characteristics in a small 8-pin package.   • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the power and ground traces as short and wide as possible, and use a common mode filter to reduce EMI.
  • Use a reliable communication protocol such as SPI or I2C, and ensure proper signal termination and filtering. Also, implement error detection and correction mechanisms to handle data transmission errors.
  • The MK2705SLF can operate from -40°C to 125°C, but it's recommended to operate within the -20°C to 85°C range for optimal performance and reliability.
