Description: AEC-Q100 compliant capacitive pressure sensor signal conditioning IC with -24 V to 28 V over/reverse voltage protection, integrated C/V converter, dual 24-bit ADCs, digital processor for up to 3rd-order nonlinear and 2nd-order temperature calibration, EEPROM for coefficient storage, analog/PWM output, and -40 °C to 150 °C operating range—ideal for automotive applications above 1 MPa like A/C and brake pressure sensing.
