  • A 4-layer PCB with a dedicated thermal layer and a solid ground plane is recommended. Ensure that the thermal pad is connected to a large copper area to dissipate heat efficiently.
  • Power up the VDDIO and VDDCORE simultaneously, followed by the VREF pin. Ensure that the power-up sequence is slow and controlled to prevent latch-up or damage to the device.
  • The maximum allowed capacitance for the VREF pin is 10nF. Exceeding this value may cause oscillations or instability in the internal voltage regulator.
  • To enter power-down mode, assert the PDN pin low. Ensure that all inputs are held at a valid logic level during power-down to prevent unwanted current consumption.
