SAV-541+ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the signal traces short and away from the power plane to minimize noise coupling.
  • Use a 10nF to 100nF capacitor between the output and ground to improve stability. Also, ensure the input and output are properly terminated, and the device is operated within its recommended operating conditions.
  • The maximum power dissipation is 1.5W. Ensure proper heat sinking and thermal management to prevent overheating, especially in high-temperature environments.
