  • A 2-layer or 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and thermal vias under the device is recommended for optimal thermal performance. The thermal vias should be connected to the ground plane to dissipate heat efficiently.
  • The device requires a power-up sequence of EN (enable) pin high, followed by a delay of at least 10ms, and then the VIN (input voltage) pin high. The device is configured through the I2C interface, and the configuration registers should be written in the correct sequence as specified in the datasheet.
