  To ensure reliable startup and shutdown, CUI recommends a soft-start circuit to limit inrush current, and a shutdown circuit to discharge the output capacitors. The module's enable pin should be driven by a logic signal with a rise and fall time of 1ms or slower.

  The maximum allowed capacitance on the output is 220uF. Exceeding this value may cause instability or oscillation in the module. It's recommended to use a capacitance value that is as close to the recommended value as possible.
