Murata High-Q capacitors are ideal for RF applications. These use a low dielectric and High Q ceramic plus copper inner electrodes to deliver high Q and low ESR that reduce losses and allow for higher current.
The GJM series is designed for mobile devices with tight space constraints. GJM capacitors are available up to 47 picofarads and with voltage ratings up to 100 volts DC in EIA case sizes from 01005 to 0402.
GQM series capacitors are targeted at amplifiers and other high power applications. They’re offered with values up to 150 picofarads and voltage ratings up to 500 volts in EIA case sizes from 0201 to 1111.
Both series are offered with C0G and X8G dielectrics, providing options that can operate at up to 150 degrees Celsius. They’re stable over temperature, and tight tolerance options are available.
