  • The BC639 can operate from -40°C to 125°C, but the maximum junction temperature (Tj) should not exceed 150°C.
  • The BC639 requires a minimum voltage of 2.7V on the VCC pin and a maximum voltage of 5.5V. Additionally, the input voltage on the VIN pin should be within the specified range (2.7V to 5.5V) and the output voltage on the VOUT pin should be within the specified range (1.8V to 3.3V).
