  • A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate analog and digital power plane is recommended. Keep the analog and digital components separate and use a star-grounding scheme to minimize noise.
  • Ensure the amplifier is operated within the recommended gain-bandwidth product, and use a compensation capacitor (Cc) between pins 3 and 5 to ensure stability. Also, keep the input and output impedance matched to minimize oscillations.
  • The ISL28208FBZ can drive up to 100pF of capacitive load. Exceeding this limit may cause instability or oscillations.
  • Use a shielded enclosure, keep the amplifier away from noise sources, and use a common-mode choke or ferrite bead to filter out high-frequency noise. Also, use a low-pass filter at the output to reduce EMI.
