Description: ISL9005A is a high performance Low Dropout linear regulator capable of sourcing 300mA current. It has a low standby current and high-PSRR and is stable with output capacitance of 1µF to 10µF with ESR of up to 200mΩ. The ISL9005A has a high PSRR of 75dB and an output noise of less than 45µVRMS. When coupled with a no load quiescent current of 50µA, (typical) and 0. 1µA shutdown current, the ISL9005A is an ideal choice for portable wireless equipment.
