CUI Devices recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane on the bottom layer, and a microstrip or stripline layout for the signal traces to minimize radiation and ensure signal integrity.

Use a reflow soldering process with a solder paste specifically designed for fine-pitch components. Apply a small amount of solder paste to each pin, and use a hot air reflow oven or a reflow skillet to melt the solder. Avoid using wave soldering or hand soldering, as it may damage the component.
