A symmetrical layout with a central ground plane and minimal signal trace length is recommended. Allegro provides a reference layout in their application note AN296055.
The output voltage swing can be adjusted by selecting the appropriate gain resistor (Rgain) and output filter capacitor (Cout). A higher Rgain value increases the output voltage swing, while a larger Cout value reduces the output voltage swing.
The A1123ELHLT-T is rated for operation from -40°C to 150°C (TJ). However, for optimal performance and reliability, it is recommended to operate the device within a temperature range of -20°C to 125°C.
To ensure EMC, use a shielded cable for the current sense lines, keep the sense lines short and away from noise sources, and use a common mode choke or ferrite bead to filter out high-frequency noise.
The maximum allowable current for the A1123ELHLT-T is 50 A. Exceeding this current may damage the device or affect its accuracy.
