  • A good PCB layout for the AD8597 involves keeping the input and output traces short and away from each other, using a solid ground plane, and decoupling the power supply pins with capacitors. A 4-layer PCB with a dedicated analog ground plane is recommended.
  • The gain resistor (Rg) value depends on the desired gain and the input impedance of the op-amp. A higher Rg value results in higher gain, but also increases the noise and input impedance.
