The AMPMGFB-4.0000T has a frequency stability of ±20 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. For more detailed information, refer to the temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF) specification in the datasheet.
The recommended drive level for the AMPMGFB-4.0000T is 1.5V to 3.3V. A higher drive level can increase the output signal amplitude, but may also increase power consumption and reduce oscillator stability.
The AMPMGFB-4.0000T's output signal amplitude and frequency are relatively insensitive to input voltage variations within the recommended operating range. However, a 10% change in input voltage may result in a ±1% change in output frequency.
