CNY64ST Details

The maximum allowable voltage that can be applied to the input pins is 5V, as exceeding this voltage can cause damage to the internal LED.
To ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments, it is recommended to derate the current through the LED and ensure good thermal management, such as using a heat sink or providing adequate airflow.
