Renesas recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and to keep the analog and digital signal traces separate. Additionally, use a common mode choke and ferrite beads to filter out high-frequency noise.
Use a low-ESR capacitor (e.g., 10uF) for power decoupling, and place it as close as possible to the VCC pin. Also, ensure a stable power supply with minimal ripple and noise.
The maximum allowed capacitive load is 100pF. Exceeding this value may cause instability or oscillations in the output signal.
Use the VREF pin to set the output voltage range. Connect VREF to a voltage divider or a precision voltage reference to set the desired output voltage range.
The thermal derating is 1.5°C/W. As the junction temperature increases, the device's performance may degrade, and the output voltage may drop. Ensure proper heat sinking and thermal management to maintain optimal performance.
