Description: The ISL75054M is a radiation tolerant low-dropout linear regulator with ultra-low noise and high PSRR used as a power supply for ADC and RF applications. It has an operating supply voltage range of 2.7V to 30V and an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN - VDO. The device supplies up to 1.0A of current at a typical 379mV dropout voltage.
