LB-303VK Details

ROHM recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane for the VCC and GND pins. Additionally, keep the input and output traces as short as possible and avoid routing them near noise sources.
To ensure proper biasing, connect the VCC pin to a stable 3.3V or 5V power supply, and the GND pin to a solid ground plane. Also, make sure the input voltage (VIN) is within the recommended range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
The LB-303VK can deliver up to 150mA of output current, but it's recommended to limit the output current to 100mA or less to ensure stable operation and prevent overheating.
To manage thermal issues, ensure good airflow around the device, and consider using a heat sink or thermal pad on the exposed pad (EP) of the package. Also, keep the ambient temperature within the recommended range of -40°C to 85°C.
ROHM recommends using a 1uF to 10uF ceramic capacitor with a voltage rating of 6.3V or higher as the input capacitor (CIN). This helps to filter out noise and ensure stable operation.
