MP020S Details

A symmetrical layout with a solid ground plane and minimal signal trace length is recommended. Keep the input and output stages separate to minimize noise coupling.
Apply a stable voltage source to the VCC pin, and ensure the input voltage is within the recommended range (2.7V to 5.5V). A 0.1uF decoupling capacitor between VCC and GND is also recommended.
The maximum power dissipation of the MP020S is 250mW. Ensure proper heat sinking and thermal management to prevent overheating.
The MP020S is rated for operation up to 85°C. However, for reliable operation, it's recommended to derate the device by 1.5°C/W above 25°C to prevent thermal runaway.
