  • Taiwan Semiconductor recommends a 2-layer PCB with a solid ground plane on the bottom layer and a thermal relief pattern on the top layer to ensure good heat dissipation. A minimum of 10mm x 10mm thermal pad is recommended for the RS3M package.
  • Taiwan Semiconductor recommends using a human body model (HBM) ESD protection circuit with a minimum of 2kV rating. Additionally, it is recommended to use a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode with a minimum of 1kV rating to protect against overvoltage conditions.
