The S-8209AAF-T8T1S has an internal power-on reset circuit. To ensure proper power-on and power-off, ABLIC recommends a power-up sequence of EN (enable) pin first, followed by VIN (input voltage). For power-down, reverse the sequence.
The maximum allowable voltage on the EN pin is 6.0V. Exceeding this voltage may cause damage to the device.
While the device is rated for operation up to 105°C, ABLIC recommends derating the output current and voltage to ensure reliable operation in high-temperature environments.
