  • A good PCB layout and grounding scheme is crucial for optimal performance. Mini-Circuits recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and a via-stitched ground plane under the device. The device should be placed on a solid copper pour, and the input and output tracks should be kept as short as possible.
  • The SCLF-10+ requires a bias voltage of +12V to +15V and a bias current of 100mA to 150mA. Ensure the bias voltage is well-regulated and the bias current is within the recommended range. A bias tee or a dedicated bias circuit can be used to provide the required bias voltage and current.
