TDA7265A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The maximum power supply voltage that can be applied to the TDA7265A is 18V. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.
To ensure stable operation, it is recommended to decouple the power supply lines with capacitors (e.g., 100nF and 10uF) and to use a low-ESR capacitor (e.g., 10uF) at the output stage.
The recommended operating temperature range for the TDA7265A is -40°C to 105°C. Operating outside this range may affect the device's performance and reliability.
The gain of the TDA7265A can be configured by connecting a resistor (Rg) between the gain pin (GAIN) and ground. The gain is calculated as 20 dB + (Rg/1.2 kΩ).
The MUTE pin is used to mute the output stage of the TDA7265A. When the MUTE pin is pulled low, the output stage is disabled, and the output voltage is reduced to a minimum value.
