Mini-Circuits recommends a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and a via-stitched ground plane around the amplifier. The input and output traces should be kept short and 50-ohm matched. A decoupling capacitor (e.g., 100nF) should be placed close to the amplifier's power pins.
