TLP181(GB,F) Details

The recommended operating voltage range for the TLP181 is 4.5V to 5.5V.
To ensure proper biasing, connect the VCC pin to a stable 5V power supply, and the GND pin to a solid ground. Also, make sure to decouple the power supply with a 0.1uF capacitor.
The TLP181 can sink or source up to 50mA of current per channel.
Use ESD protection devices such as TVS diodes or ESD protection arrays on the input lines, and consider adding overvoltage protection devices such as voltage regulators or overvoltage protection ICs to prevent damage from voltage spikes.
The TLP181 can operate at frequencies up to 100MHz.
