NXP S32K1 MCUs are a scalable family of MCUs designed for general purpose automotive applications and feature an Arm Cortex-M0+ or M4F core with CAN and LIN interfaces. The MCUs are AEC-Q100 qualified, can support up to ASIL B functional safety requirements, and are offered with temperature ratings up to 150 degrees Celsius.
These are supported by a wide range of cost-effective evaluation platforms for quick prototyping and functional demonstration, with an Arduino UNO compatible footprint for easy hardware expansion. The boards include extensive on-board connectivity and have a CAN system basis chip, a LIN PHY and headers for both buses.
