Wakefield Thermal DC Slim-Line blowers are available in sizes as thin as 3.2 millimeters and are designed for tablets, notebooks, automotive applications, and other low-profile devices.
These blowers feature two inlets and an optimized blade design that provides effective cooling and ultra-quiet operation. They have a fluid bearing that provides a 50,000 hour rated life at 40°C. Options include an IP55 rating, PWM speed control and a tach output signal to provide feedback to the system.
Wakefield Thermal Slim-Line blowers use a 3-phase motor that provides exception balancing and low power consumption (available for 3 or 5 volt supplies). The blowers are offered with frame sizes as small as 17 by 17 millimeters and with air flow up to 5.7 CFM.
