A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended.
Use a differential signal pair with a 100 ohm impedance and a common mode choke to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI).
The IC-NQCTSSOP20 is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C, but the maximum junction temperature should not exceed 150°C.
Power up the VCC supply before the VDD supply, and ensure that the VCC supply is stable before applying the VDD supply. A power-on reset circuit is recommended.
Use a 10uF ceramic capacitor with a 0.1uF ceramic capacitor in parallel, placed as close as possible to the power pins.
