  • The maximum voltage that can be applied to the VM pin is 40V, but it's recommended to keep it below 35V for reliable operation.
  • The value of R Sense should be chosen based on the maximum current rating of the motor and the desired current sense accuracy. A good starting point is to use a value between 0.1 ohm and 1 ohm, and then adjust based on the specific application requirements.
  • The ENN pin is an enable input that allows the L6470PD to be put into a low-power standby mode. To use it, simply tie ENN to VCC to enable the device, or tie it to GND to disable it.
