LTV-355T Details

A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended.
Ensure that the junction temperature (Tj) does not exceed 150°C. Implement a thermal management system, such as a heat sink or fan, to keep the device within the recommended operating temperature range.
A low-impedance drive circuit with a series resistor (Rs) of 10-20 ohms is recommended to minimize ringing and ensure reliable operation.
Handle the device in an ESD-protected environment, and use ESD-protective packaging and handling procedures. Ground yourself before handling the device, and use an anti-static wrist strap or mat.
The maximum allowable voltage is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may cause permanent damage to the device.
