  • The maximum sampling rate of the MCP3202 is 100 ksps (kilosamples per second) for a single channel, and 50 ksps for multiple channels.
  • The MCP3202 can be configured for differential or pseudo-differential mode by setting the corresponding bits in the Configuration Register (CR). For differential mode, set bit 7 (DIFF) to 1, and for pseudo-differential mode, set bit 7 (DIFF) to 0 and bit 6 (PDIFF) to 1.
  • The VREF pin is used to set the reference voltage for the analog-to-digital conversion. The VREF pin can be connected to an external voltage reference or to the internal 2.048V reference voltage.
