TCMD1000 Details

A thermal pad on the bottom of the device should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently. A minimum of 2 oz copper thickness is recommended.
Use a soldering iron with a temperature of 250°C to 260°C. Apply a small amount of solder paste to the thermal pad and reflow at 250°C for 10-15 seconds. Avoid overheating or using excessive solder.
The maximum allowed voltage on the sense pins is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may damage the device.
Use ESD protection devices such as TVS diodes or ESD arrays on the input lines to protect the device from electrostatic discharge.
The recommended operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Operating outside this range may affect device performance and reliability.
